Warranty & Maintenance

• Complimentary repairs and replacement of accent diamonds within the first two years.
• Not applicable in cases of negligence, heavy wear, or major impact. Paid repairs may be available.
• Work performed by any other jeweler voids warranty.

Clients are welcome to make an appointment to drop off their Ada fine jewelry at either our SF or NY showrooms for complimentary cleaning, polish, and re-plating. Clients not local to SF or NY may pay a $50 fee for fully insured round-trip shipping.

Complimentary Re-Size

Eligible rings qualify for complimentary, one-time re-size. Most re-size jobs can be completed in 2-3 days. Additional re-sizes may be done for a fee, but are discouraged in order to preserve the integrity of your Ada jewelry.
 

Lifetime Trade-In

Trade-in isn't just about upgrades. Whether you want to change the shape or size of your diamond after your purchase, or you are ready to upgrade to a more expensive diamond, Ada's trade-in policy is designed with clients in mind.

• Your lab diamond must be IGI, GCAL, or GIA-certified.
• You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price toward the purchase of a new diamond on trade-in.
• The price of your new diamond must be 1.5x the price of your original diamond.
• Diamonds purchased from Ada within 90 days may be eligible for an exception to the 1.5x price increase requirement. These trade-in's are handled on a case by case basis.
• Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report.
• Lifetime trade-in does not apply to the cost of the setting.
   

Buy-Back Program

Should you no longer want or need your lab diamond, Ada Diamonds is proud to offer a Buy-Back Program. Through this program, we buy independently certified lab diamonds previously sold to Ada clients. We are so confident in the lab diamonds we sell, we guarantee to take them back!

Not sure what your sweetheart desires? Select solitaire engagement ring settings are eligible for Ada's Proposal Setting Program. Proposal Settings may be exchanged within 18 months of purchase for re-setting by Ada Diamonds. The entire cost of the original setting may be applied toward the purchase of a new setting with no additional re-setting fee.

Deposits & Final Payment

In order to reserve a diamond or piece of fine jewelry, a 20% transferable deposit is required to enter our bespoke design phase. This deposit is considered non-refundable and designed to show seriousness toward moving forward with Ada Diamonds. Deposits may be transferred to another diamond should you change your mind. The remaining balance is not due until the piece of fine jewelry has been finished and passed our strict quality assurance check. All pieces of jewelry must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Payment Methods

Ada Diamonds accepts all major credit cards, bank wire, and Bitcoin. Cash is accepted in person at one of our showrooms. We offer financing through Affirm. Ada Diamonds does not accept ACH, check, or money orders. All prices are in US dollars.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping

Ada Diamonds offers free, fully-insured shipping via Fedex Two-Day to a business address or Fedex Office location with signature and photo ID required. Purchases over $15,000 are sent via Fedex Overnight Priority; purchases over $100,000 are sent via armored delivery. Residential deliveries are prohibited.

International Shipping

Ada Diamonds ships to 70 countries fully insured. Fees start at $75 USD.

30-Day Returns

We expect you to love your Ada jewelry. Should you be unhappy for any reason, return your item within 30 days for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or re-stocking fees. Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and customer is responsible for return shipping. A return shipping label will be provided for a small fee.
