Clients are welcome to make an appointment to drop off their Ada fine jewelry at our NY showroom for complimentary cleaning, polish, and re-plating. Eligible rings qualify for complimentary, one-time re-size. Diamonds purchased on or after March 1, 2025 are eligible for 100% credit toward a new diamond, provided the new selection is at least 1.8× the original value. Credit applies to the diamond only. To qualify, the diamond must be IGI, GCAL, AGS, or GIA graded, in original condition, and include its grading report. For earlier purchases, contact our team for a tailored upgrade option. Pieces up to $10,000 ship via FedEx Two-Day, and pieces over $10,000 ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. All deliveries require signature and may be sent to a residence, business address, or held at a FedEx Office for pickup. Overnight upgrades and Saturday delivery are available for an additional fee. Shipments are fully insured until signed for. We recommend shipping to a FedEx Office location for added security.
