Meet Your Diamond Concierge
Meet your assigned Diamond Concierge: a college-educated, USA-based salesperson with subject matter expertise in laboratory grown diamonds. Your concierge is friendly, hyper-responsive, and able to answer your questions regarding lab diamonds, custom jewelry, and our process.
You’ll receive an initial list of diamond options unique to your inquiry. The more information you provide in your initial inquiry, the better we can serve you. Not sure where to start? Begin by browsing our bridal settings or explore lab diamond pricing.
Your concierge will be happy to work with you over email, phone, or video chat and will be your point of contact through your Ada journey.

We tailor each client’s appointment to their specific inquiry. Due to the intimate nature of our process, we ask our clients to limit their group to no more than 3 people and inquire at least 2 business days prior to your desired date.
To ensure your 45 minute appointment is successful, we require a phone or video consultation prior.
