You earn points for creating an account, completing your profile, following us on social media, referring friends, and every dollar you spend. Points redeem for credit toward your next Ada piece. ### How do I join? Membership is free and automatic. Create an Ada Diamonds account (or sign in to your existing one) and you are enrolled. Your points balance and ways to earn live in your account dashboard. ### How do I earn points? You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on orders placed while signed in. You can also earn bonus points for one-time actions: creating your account, completing your profile, adding a partner profile, subscribing to our email list, following Ada Diamonds on Instagram and TikTok, leaving a verified review, and referring friends. Current point values are listed on the Loyalty page. ### What are the redemption tiers for loyalty points? The current redemption tiers for the Ada Loyalty Program are: 6,250 points $25 reward 12,500 points $50 reward 25,000 points $100 reward 50,000 points $200 reward 75,000 points $300 reward $300 is the maximum amount that can be applied to a single order ### When do points appear in my account? Points from purchases post when your order is confirmed. Bonus points for profile and social actions typically post within minutes of completing the action. Referral points post after your friend's first qualifying purchase. ### How do I redeem points? Log into your account and visit your loyalty dashboard. When your balance reaches a redemption threshold, you can convert points to a credit and apply it at checkout. Credits are applied as a dollar amount off your order subtotal, before tax and shipping. A maximum amount of $300 can be applied to a single order. ### Do points or rewards expire? Points do not currently expire. Reward codes expire 90 days after they are issued, so redeem points when you are ready to use the credit. ### How do referrals work? Share the personal referral link from your loyalty dashboard. When a friend creates an account through your link and completes their first purchase of $250 or more, you earn 1,000 points and they receive a welcome offer. Referral credit posts after the qualifying purchase, and self-referrals do not qualify. ### What happens if I return my order? If an order is refunded in whole or in part, the points earned on that order are reversed proportionally. If you used reward credit on an order that is later refunded, the credit may be adjusted as described in the program terms. ### Do points have cash value? No. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Full details are in the Loyalty Program Terms linked in the footer. ### Which products included in the loyalty program? All Ada products are eligible to earn points. Our metal bands are excluded from points redemption. --- Canonical URL:
