Loyalty Program ## Ada Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions Effective July 7, 2026 ## 1. Program Overview The Ada Loyalty Program (the "Program") is offered by Alexander Primak Jewelry, Inc. d/b/a Ada Diamonds ("Ada Diamonds," "we," "us"). By participating in the Program you agree to these Program Terms and to the Ada Diamonds Terms & Conditions. The Program is void where prohibited. ## 2. Eligibility & Enrollment The Program is free. Enrollment is automatic when you create an Ada Diamonds account while the Program is active. You must be at least 18 years old and maintain an account in good standing. One membership per person. ## 3. Earning Points Points accrue at 10 points per $1 of the order total on qualifying purchases made while signed in to your account. Bonus points are available for designated one-time actions (such as completing your profile, subscribing to email, following our social channels, leaving a verified review, and qualified referrals). Current point values are displayed on the Loyalty page and may change at any time. Points are not earned on purchases made without an account. ## 4. Referrals Referral rewards require the referred customer to be a new Ada Diamonds customer who creates an account through your referral link and completes a first qualifying purchase of $250 or more. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent referrals do not qualify. ## 5. Redemption Points may be redeemed for single-use credit codes at the published reward tiers. Reward codes expire 90 days after issuance, are non-transferable, are limited to one per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Metal bands are not eligible for points redemption. Reward credit can be applied at a maximum of $300 per order, cannot exceed the order value, and may not be combinable with certain other offers. ## 6. Returns & Adjustments If an order is refunded in whole or in part, points earned on that order are reversed proportionally. If reward credit was applied to an order that is subsequently refunded, we may deduct the corresponding points or credit value from your account. ## 7. No Cash Value Points are promotional. They have no cash value, are not your property, and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. ## 8. Program Changes & Termination We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, adjust point values, expire points with notice, or update these Program Terms at any time. Abuse of the Program, including fraud or manipulation of earning actions, may result in forfeiture of points and account termination. ## 9.
