We’ll share CAD and photorealistic renderings that you can modify until your ring is perfect. ### Step 3: Craftsmanship Your ring comes to life in our in-house manufacturing facility. Our process is done under one roof, so our team is in control from start to finish. ### Step 4: From Our Hands to Yours Every ring receives a final QC from our team to ensure perfection before it’s shipped fully insured or ready for pickup at our NYC showroom. ### FAQ's About Our Process ### Is there a cost or obligation to book a call or visit? No. All consultations and appointments, virtual or in-person, are complimentary. There's no pressure to purchase, and our goal is simply to help you make an informed, confident decision. ### How long does the process take from first appointment to finished piece? Most clients finalize their diamond within 1–2 consultations. From there, the design and production process typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on complexity. ### What’s the difference between a virtual and in-person appointment? Both offer the same personalized, high-touch service. In-person appointments allow you to view diamonds and try on settings at our NYC showroom, while virtual consultations are ideal for clients outside the area, complete with high-resolution photos, video comparisons, and 3D renderings. ### What if I’m not sure what my partner wants? We recommend our Proposal Setting Program. A classic solitaire will be designed for your selected diamond. After the proposal, you can return together to create the final ring. You’ll get full credit toward the new setting, with no added cost or re-setting fee. ### Is there a fee for custom? There’s no additional fee for custom work.
