A three-quarter coverage band has diamonds set around about three quarters of the ring, leaving the bottom in plain metal. It offers more sparkle than a half coverage band while keeping some of the comfort and flexibility of a solid metal base. ### How is three-quarter coverage different from a full eternity band? A full eternity band has diamonds all the way around and usually can't be resized. A three-quarter band leaves the bottom in plain metal, so it shows nearly continuous sparkle from above while staying easier to resize and more comfortable against the finger. ### Can a three-quarter coverage band be resized? In most cases, yes. The plain metal section at the bottom gives room to adjust the size, which a full eternity band doesn't have.
