What to Expect From Your Private Appointment
In order to accommodate as many clients as possible, our in-person private appointments are limited to no more than 45 minutes long, and we cannot accommodate same-day appointment requests.
Our client appointments are completely private. You are the only client in the showroom, and we do not host multiple clients at once. Before your appointment, all surfaces are cleaned and all tools or jewelry that you may come in contact with have been individually sanitized.
Prior to Your Visit
In order to ensure your 45-minute appointment is productive, we require a phone or video consultation prior to an in-person visit. During your consultation, your concierge will go over our process and policies, lab diamond growth, and answer any questions you may have. This will allow your in-person visit to be efficient and 100% hands-on with lab diamonds and our jewelry.
Unlike traditional retailers, we do not stock our showrooms with dozens of diamonds and settings. Instead, our private showroom experience is individually tailored to each client. Our showroom features some finished jewelry and examples of engagement ring settings; however, all of our bridal pieces are custom and made-to-order.
