We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
Our goal is to permit our customers to successfully gather information, submit inquiries, and purchase fine jewelry via our website. Whether you are using assistive technologies like a screen reader, a magnifier, voice recognition software, or captions for videos, our goal is to make your use of Ada Diamonds’ website a successful and enjoyable experience.

We have hired Allyant (formerly known as Accessible360), a leading digital accessibility consultant, to audit and improve the accessibility of our website. This 3rd-party audit process includes end-user accessibility/usability testing performed by visually impaired engineers. We will promptly publish an evaluation report, when available.
Our primary business is the design and production of bespoke fine jewelry set with laboratory-grown diamonds. Our typical client engagement is 3-6 weeks and clients are supported by a member of our Diamond Concierge Team through the entire process via phone calls, emails and optional in-person meetings. We encourage prospective clients to submit an inquiry via the form below or via email at accessibility@adadiamonds.com. Upon receipt of your inquiry, a member of our concierge team will promptly be in touch with you.
