While most of our clients work with us virtually, local and visiting clients are welcome to schedule a private appointment at our showroom in Midtown Manhattan. Kindly inquire at least 48 hours in advance so we can best accommodate you. Please note we do not offer same-day or walk-in appointments.

What to Expect From Your Private Appointment
Each client appointment is entirely private and we do not host multiple clients at once. During your personalized 45-minute visit, your concierge will guide you one-on-one through designing your ring or custom jewelry, and provide a curated selection of diamonds hand-picked to match your preferences.
Prior to Your Visit
In order to make the most of your appointment time, we require a phone or video consultation prior to an in-person visit. During your introductory call, your dedicated concierge will walk you through our process, share insights into lab-grown diamonds, answer any questions, and gather the details needed to tailor your showroom visit to you.
Unlike traditional retailers, we don’t carry mass inventory. Instead, our private showroom experience is curated for each client. While we do have select finished pieces and setting styles on display, every bridal design we create is custom and made-to-order.
