In order to ensure your 45-minute appointment is productive, we require a phone or video consultation prior to an in-person visit. During your consultation, your concierge will go over our process and policies, lab diamond growth, and answer any questions you may have. This will allow your in-person visit to be efficient and 100% hands-on with lab diamonds and our jewelry.
Unlike traditional retailers, we do not stock our showrooms with dozens of diamonds and settings. Instead, our private showroom experience is individually tailored to each client. Our showroom features some finished jewelry and examples of engagement ring settings; however, all of our bridal pieces are custom and made-to-order.
