Once your piece of jewelry is completed, you may via credit card, bank wire, Bitcoin (and other crypto currencies), or financing with Square. Clients who pick up in our SF showrooms may pay with cash. Ada Diamonds cannot accept ACH payments, checks, or money orders.
Your order ships in a beautiful Ada Diamonds jewelry box along with non-toxic jewelry cleaner and a travel pouch. We are able to ship to 70 countries fully insured. We ship via complimentary Fedex Two-Day or Overnight Priority in the USA and via Fedex International Priority for international orders. We recommend shipping your order to a business or having it held at a Fedex Office for secure pick up. Your Concierge can assist you in finding a Fedex Office convenient for you.
International clients are responsible for all import, taxes, duties, and fees associated with their order. Sales tax (8.5%) is charged on any order shipped to a California address or picked up in our SF showroom.
We fully expect you to love your Ada Diamonds jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, return your piece of jewelry within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Finished jewelry must be returned in complete, original, out-of-the-box condition, with original grading certificates, if applicable.
Not sure you want to move forward into design without seeing the diamond first? We are happy to send clients a loose diamond for inspection prior to commencing design. Simply pay for the diamond in full and we will ship to an address of your choosing. If you’d like us to the set the diamond for you, we will send you a return label to return the diamond to us for setting. No longer interested? Return the diamond for a full refund within 30 days.
Jewelry Warranty & Re-Sizes
Ada Diamonds is proud to offer a warranty on its jewelry. Within the first two years of purchase, we will replace side or accent diamonds (of 0.25ct and smaller) that go missing if due to a manufacturing defect. This is at no cost to the client. Our warranty excludes coverage due to negligence. Should we determine the repair needed is outside of the warranty coverage, we are happy to provide a quote for paid repair.
All cleanings, polishing and plating requests, and re-sizes are complimentary in our San Francisco showroom. Not local to SF? A shipping fee of $50 USD covers fully insured shipping both ways. Re-sizes typically require 1-2 business days.
